v1.5: Fresh Faces & a New Hero Tab ✨
This update is all about your hero. They got real faces, fresh hair and a tab of their own, and the Today screen got a tidy-up so your habits are easier to read at a glance.
Faces with more personality
Every hero now has their own eyebrows and mouth. In the hero creator you can pick Small or Large eyes and choose from six eye colours: brown, dark brown, hazel, green, blue and grey.
Heroes also blink on their own now, at a natural, slightly random pace, and every so often they'll raise an eyebrow at you.
Fresh hair and new mustaches
The hairstyle lineup got a full refresh. Fade, Crew Cut, Side Part, Mullet, High Puff, Box Braids, Cornrows and Locs all have brand-new art, and you'll spot two new names in the list: Slickback and Sideswept.
Beards come with mustaches now too. Pick a Mustache, Thin Mustache or Handlebar on its own, or pair one with any beard, from Stubble to Mutton Chops.
Meet the Hero tab
The bottom bar is now Today, Quests, Bag, Friends and Hero. The Hero tab shows a little portrait of your hero, wearing their top and hat, and opens their profile.
Your badges live here, with a Next up timeline of the ones you're closest to, plus Evolutions, Home and your adventure Journal, which is also where today's quote lives now.
You can copy your friend code in one tap, and Recreate hero lets you restyle your hero for free whenever you like.
Quests in one place
Tap Quests and a sheet slides up with your daily quests and special quests, like the Trailblazer checklist, all in one spot.
A cleaner Today screen
Daily, weekly and monthly habits now share one simple Habits list, with bigger icons, roomier drag handles, and weekly cards the same size as the rest.
Send on Adventure moved up right under your XP bar, and Today has a new deep purple look.
Adventures and weekly or monthly habits are now open from day one, so there's no checklist to finish first.
The + next to Habits is now the one way to add something. It opens a sheet that asks whether it's a Good habit to build or a Bad habit to quit.
Small fixes
- Pets now breathe on their own rhythm, so your pet and hero no longer bob in perfect sync.
- The Bag's Chests and Store buttons got a chunkier, more game-like look.
- Streak chips on habit cards no longer get cut off on small screens.
- Rest days in the week strip have a cleaner dashed outline.
- The hero preview in the creator no longer jumps around when you change options.
